Terms for Our Cash for Cars Service

Our service

We buy cars, trucks, SUVs and vans and tow them away. Any price given by phone, text or form is a ballpark estimate based on the information you provide. The final offer is confirmed in person after we inspect the vehicle. You are never obligated to accept an offer.

Ownership and paperwork

You must be the legal owner of the vehicle, or legally authorized to sell it. A title is not required. At pickup you must show the vehicle's registration and a valid photo ID that matches it. You must be present at pickup to receive payment. Keys are not required but are strongly preferred. We may decline any purchase where ownership can't be verified.

Payment and towing

Payment is made in cash at pickup, after the paperwork is signed. Towing is free. You are responsible for removing your license plates and personal belongings and for cancelling your registration and insurance after the sale.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

If you check the consent box on our form, you agree to receive SMS and email notifications from Cash for Cars - Junk Car Removal (“Cash 4Cars”) about your offer, arrival times and pickup or appointment updates. These are one-to-one service messages; we do not send marketing or promotional texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of selling us your vehicle. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
